Welcome to Stepping Stone Early Learning Academy Ltd., Muskoka's newest fully licensed centre for early education and full-day childcare. We offer an innovative program that encourages children to excel through creativity, nature-based programs and academic games. We strive to provide an experience individual to each child’s interests and capabilities while offering opportunities for them to learn and grow through their interactions with their peers, our skilled educators, and the beauty of the natural surroundings. 

Our centre is located on 11 acres of beautifully treed land adjacent to the Muskoka Wharf in Gravenhurst, ON. The property has trails that lead to the waterfront, as well as a large clearing that serves as an outdoor classroom for active play and learning about nature. We have a large, natural outdoor play area, as well as community gardens that we invite parents and families to participate in cultivating fresh produce. 

The creative approach of our program, combined with our access to bountiful natural surroundings sets us apart from conventional childcare. We extend our programs into the community to encourage family involvement, as we provide the bridge between your child’s life at home with lifelong learning. We offer seasonal showcases of the art, music, dance, and various other projects that children have been learning about through our programs. These showcases are open to all family members and offer an opportunity for children to show pride in their accomplishments.
